Hi folks!
Wondering if there are any other junction boxes that are not surface mount, maybe something w a flange for mounting, so it can be recessed.
I know the Arlington In box is the "go to", but this job is to place a JB in a hole (pinch bigger than the JB). An outside deck has 10" wide vertical boards as balusters, the hole cut in them (for recept).
So, the JB will stick thu' the opening to the outside of the deck. Putting a surface mount plus the in use cover (even the accordion style) sticks out SO much, in use.
Jeeze, they make adjustable JBs for inside the house, when you're not sure what size rock will be placed later.
Thanks!
Bill
