wet location or wet environment ques

the rest rooms in a reception area have instant heat water units under the sinks with a switch to turn them on and off is this considered a wet location or wet environment and require a type2 or type 4 enclosure for this application the boxes will be surfaced mounted and not recessed. used table 110.20 indoor use for this application is either of these boxes acceptable or can a1900 box 4 in sq box serve the same purpose?

I don't think you will find this in the book classified as a wet location area.
I would use liquid tight and a bell box for the switch and connection just because these areas are often times washed down.
Of course if carpet it won't be hosed down.

check if a floor drain is present.

Not unless the plumbing is really bad. Really, really bad.

I would use 1900 boxes.
