Don't bitch at the "new guy," embrace him into his new job and develop a good working relationship. I know, sometimes the individual makes that impossible, but try.

Remember - when starting a new part of one's life, we get nervous and make mistakes. Also no one knows it all. When I was an inspector, I learned more from the guys in the field than just about anywhere. I leaned on them to teach me what they knew, in return I would do likewise. Amazing how small acts of kindness can reach so far......

Pierre, good to see you back.

While on the topic of damp and wet locations, where can I find reference to underground conduits, whether indoor or out, being classified as wet or damp location? Scratching my head on finding that verbage in the code.
