What’s an example of 110.27 ‘live parts’

So far what I have seen and installed all live parts were enclosed in cabinets or other metal enclosures.
What could be an example of exposed live parts that may be guarded by means in 110.27 (A)

Maybe what you would run across at a substation. Transformer or capacitor connections?
