What are these Connectors Called?

What are these types of plugs called? Would these still be considered pin and sleeve?

I would not call them 'pin and sleeve'. These are 'California Style' (non-NEMA) twist lock connectors. The general category would be the same as the NEMA pattern twist lock plugs and receptacles, just in a non-NEMA pattern.

AKA "CS", "RV", or "spider box" connectors. There are multiple variations for voltage and number of phases. Most common IME are the 125/250v CS6364/cs6365 type.

The one on the left is a locking connector, the plug on the right is a TwistLock? plug. Like Romex?, Twistlock? is a registered trademark.
