Looks like metallic straps, missing the bonding screw.

That's a plastic box.
Those holes don't show up in the catalog illustrations. My guess is that they are for NM clamps.

When I follow the direct link from this page, I get the following:
But when I looked up the part number and followed the link from an arlington product page I get:
Both are the exact same URL. I presume the picture of a nail on box is the one relevant to this thread. My guess is that the arlington server gives different results depending upon the 'referrer' or some such.
