What are your GFCI/AFCI requirements?

I think we follow the NEC very closely. All bedroom receptacles, and now pretty much all general use receptacles require AFCI.
In an existing home, if a circuit is extended, we have to provide AFCI. If we are modifying a circuit, by only replacing a receptacle, or a panel change, we do NOT need to add AFCI
