What breaker to use...

I have a customer with an outdoor Challenger Panel. I need to add a 60 double pole, who makes the Challenger breakers, or is there a cross reference to other manufactures?

Larry is correct. CH bought Challenger but good luck finding the breakers unless the Bryant is approved for use with this panel.

Cutlerhammer also makes classified breakers that are listed for use in other panels like Challenger. most of the supply houses that are Cutlerhammer distibutors should carry the breakers they come in 1 or 2 pole.
