A pool company ran some thhn from an LB in to the wall. Then ran thhn copper conductors between the back of the panel and the LB. So basically they are using thhn as nm cable to get into the panel. I know you need to have conduit all the way in to the panel. But what codes say this is a violation. Thank for your help.
