What does this acronym strand for?

I have some specs to prep for a fiber install from the provider. It says: "Place new #6 ground wire bonded to an MGN." I'm not familiar with this acronym. Main Ground Neutral? Anyone know?
 
I also say multi grounded neutral based on the context.

In article 250 you will find part X. Grounding of Systems and Circuits of over 1 kV

And in that section the rules of MGN systems are discussed.

What is the voltage of the system you are working on?

If under 1,000 volts I imagine the person should have said the 'grounded conductor'

Thanks for your thoughts. I'm not really working on any voltage really, but the building is supplied under 600V. Our customer is having a fiber optic line brought in and the fiber company wants a pipe sleeve, piece of plywood on the wall, and a #6 to a MGN. I bet they want it to connect to the GEC system. I'll ask the fiber guy what exactly they want Monday.
