What is acceptable for contact resistance using a DLRO?

A time crunch forced the purchase of a used Eaton 1200A frame with a 1000A trip.
The existing breaker has a bad contact.
A DLRO test was not provided by the vendor. An extended warranty was purchased for a 10% adder.
A Vanguard AUTO-OHM 200 micro-ohmmeter was used today for bench testing the contacts.
I have some DLRO experience dealing with EHV switches. The testing was set 200A with a 10 second burn in.
Multiple tests were done because the cable connect points were fabricated.
The average.
L1 - .700 milliohm
L2 - 1 milliohm
L3 - 2.5 milliohm
I like to focus on the Delta. The breaker handle was operated one time, and the results were not dramatically different.
If experts believe these values are out of range, we can get with the vendor for an exchange.

Thanks,
