What is common conductor system per 610.14(E)(3)?

Hello All,
If the cranes/hoists all fed from one dedicated switchboard (these cranes are fed from multiple branch circuits and not a single point of connection), can that be called common conductor system? Thanks.

I have no fact to offer, as I don't often deal with cranes. But what the words tell me is that you have one breaker and one set of branch circuit conductors that can power two or more crane-related motors at the same time.
