What is IMO

Pardon my ignorrance. I'm new to the electrical field and new to this forum. I have recieved a lot of assistance and it's all greatly appreciated. I'm stuck in Iraq so I spend a lot of time reading threads trying to improve my knowledge base as much as possible. At times I ask a few questions which must seem ridiculous to others. That being said....all I'm asking this time is for somebody to tell me what the acronym or abbreviation "IMO" means...(no calculations required)

You see me use IMO excessively but I think it is important to point out that almost everything posted on this forum is just an opinion. There are no official NFPA interpretations being handed out here.

Wow....I should have figured that out...lol (luagh out loud). Some of these posts will make much more sense. I was having the darndest time figuring out what an IMO breaker or IMO transformer are.
