What voltage does the NEC consider low voltage? Is it 24V? If so would this mean anything over 24.1 volts is high voltage?

There is a difinition for Low Voltage in Article 551. "An electromotive force rated 24 volts, nominal, or less, supplied from a transformer, converter or battery.""Low Voltage" is not an NEC issue and is not addressed.
Thank you for that. The IEEE also considers 'low voltage' to be under a 1000 volts.
