What is the Clearance required at LOTO switch on the side of the Control Cabinet?

Hello,
I'm familiar with the requirements of 110.26 and the Working Clearance table but when the Control Panel has a LOTO switch located on the Side of the cabinet, what is the Code Requirement in measurable terms or is this one that falls into the "easily accessible" grey area?
