What is the difference between Panel Board / MCC / Feeder Pillar

We have distribution panel, when can say it is MCC or PANEL BOARD or FEEDER PILLAR ??

Please advice

IMO - it is a MCC is the UL label on it says it is a MCC. It is a panel board if the UL label on it says it is a panel board.

I don't know what a feeder pillar is. Perhaps a term not something commonly used in the US.
 
if all outgoing circuits feed motors? , so it is MCC or Panel board or feedr pillar?
