This is a cable strap clamped to a bridge that I'm working on. We must replace these with the same, but I don't know where to get them. Any ideas? What are they called?

That's close, but their minimum diameter is 1-1/2". The cable less than 1". I'm wondering if it's a cable cleat; still cannot find a true match.
