What kind of GE breaker is this

Pardon my ignorance

The GE circuit breaker with the sticker is an older hacr circuit breaker....it does say THQL on the sticker
Is that the same thing as the Qline GE circuit breaker in the other image?

GE is kind of notorious for changing the appearance of the breaker. The model (THQL followed by the numbers indicating the poles and amps) are the determining factor. I've got two GE panels and the breakers were all purchased within the same year and it's really messy looking that they don't match. The AFCI even changed color (from black to light gray, or is it the other way around).

Switch to Eaton.

THQL is a part of the Q line, there is also THQB, THQC, maybe others. It appears what you have pictured is a THQL though. Yes they do have a different appearance than they used to but is still same product line.

Below is an image of the front and rear of the GE Plug-in Circuit Breaker.
Your image with the paper label is just very old with a little design changes. The Catalog Number is THQL1115 for 15 amp and THQL1120 for 20 Amp

I have extensive knowledge of all Circuit Breakers. Both images are 10,000 aic
