What NEC code section for adequate amp rating switchboard (compare to total load)

Hello,
Sorry it's a dumb question for multi family dwelling units:
Let's say after applying demand factor of table 220.84, the final total load comes out about 1345A give or take. Is there any NEC section that prohibits from using 1200A switchboard?

Are you saying that after calculation the load is greater than the ampacity of the switchboard?

How come I do not see a section for switchboards like there is for panel boards, 408.30?
