What NEC Version?

Can anyone tell me what NEC version moved the rules for Equipment Grounding Conductors from 250-95 (it was there in the 1984 version) to 250.122?

The reason I am asking is that 46CFR111.05-33(a) (pertains to shipboard electrical systems) is still refering to 250-95.

The change came in the 1999 NEC. In my 1996 book it's in 250-95, in 1999 it's moved to 250-122. I think that Article 250 had a major re-write in the 1999 NEC. Almost the entire text has a black line next to it indicating that there has been a code change from the previous version.

It wasn't a rewrite but a rearrangement. The intent was to make it user friendly. It is but I had a lot of the references memorized and I had to relearn the locations of a lot of things.

It has made it easier for new people to find things though. In my opinion, it was worth the pain.
