430.24 Says to include 100% on non-continuous loads for motors supplying conductors. 430.24 is referenced by 430.53. When determining the ampacity and OCPD for a Feeder that supplys motors and heaters, how do I treat a heater that is interlocked to not come on when 2 of the motors are on. The worse case amps under normal condition would be my 2 motors. The heater can only be on when only 1 of my motors are on. Do I ignore the heater, and only count the 2 motors? Any specific place in the code that discusses this? Thanks in advance.
