I have been working as an electrician for a little while now, but I have not done much low voltage wiring. In theory is it the same as "high voltage" wiring? What do you recommend for a good general read, something that would expand my foundation at least?

yeah. I think high voltage starts at 69KV? Low voltage is up to 4K?
