i need to install an additional transformer ( indoor type ) to our building .The load is 470 Amps , 1 phase , 220v / 110v , 60 hz. ,the primary source will come from another transformer ( 460v , 3 phase , 60 hz.) What size of transformer and protection do i need ? , can i use 3 phase transformer?

I have to say your requirements seem a bit odd.
Can you explain what your supplying?
You need 470 amps single phase @ 220/110 volts?
That appears to be 103 KW but without knowing more about the installation I would not count on it.
If you have both 220 and 110 volt loads I would be thinking a three phase transformer supplying a 3 phase panel so we can balance the load on the supply system.

If you go 1 phase,600 amp distribution panel 240/120 fed from 167.5 kva xfmr,fed by 350 amp@480 volt,1 phase.Invesigate 3 phase to balance power system.
