What table to use?

Table 5 says 0.0824 in. area for #4awg THHN, Table 5A says 0.0730 and Table 8 says 0.042

So which one is correct? Thank you for your help.

Table 5 is correct.

Table 5a is for compact conductors and Table 8 is for bare conductors
