What to do with neutrals?

MV service switchgear, with a main-tie-tie-main configuration. Utility connects to far left and to far right. Generators connect between the ties. Utility does not include neutral. Generators do. Only loads immediately downstream are step-down transformers (no neutral needed).

How are the neutrals to be connected?

• Disconnect at generators and don't bring to service panel?
• Add neutral bar to service switchgear, connect generator neutrals there, and connect nothingbelse there?
• Something else?

Ground them as you would with a service that supplies loads that don't need a neutral.
