What would be the best way to wire-up heat tape in a propane filling area?

What would be the best way to wire-up heat tape in a propane filling area?

I have a customer that needs a heat tape added to a Vacuum pump. (cold weather/oil is creating high amps overload).

Would a simple EXP switch, and, then connect the heat tape (through a CGB) into a round EXP screw cap box be sufficient? Where would Seal-offs be needed?

Seal offs would be needed where it exits/enters the hazardous zone.
