Existing surface mounted 200 amp (underground feed) outside service all in one with subpanel next to it. Utility indicates existing direct burial cable from xfmr will be OK to upgrade to new 400 amp service. Just 1 - 1" underground conduit feeding swimming pool equipment will need to be re-fed (existing wire correct size and type) and will be J-boxed. New GES will be needed. Water service entrance to home at 75' distance. What would you charge to upgrade to 400 amp service? This is in a major metro area. Paradise Valley, AZ.

This is a multi million dollar house BTW.

Sound like he is removing the existing service and replacing it with a 400. Typically it is a 400 meter/panel combo with a seperate 200 amp breaker built in so you can mount another 200 next to it (in this case) or somewhere else (on the other side of the house perhaps?)
