What's wrong with this?

A good example of why EMT should be used for the equipment grounding conductor.

Imagine how crowded that box would be...

The only problem I see is that the used orange caps that they must have gotten from the Big Orange Box store. I think you are suppose to use the blue caps, for some reason having to do with there being a representative of the Big Blue Box store on the code making panel.

It's like that so they could use the "in free air" table for calculating amps.

There are at least 20 wire nuts -- one has 5 conductors under it, for 43+ conductors. Someone smarter than me would have to do the math, but I'd wager that one or more of the raceways is overstuffed as well...

No raceway support.

How can you tell? The photo doesn't show the raceways extending out 3' from the box. The support could be right outside the frame of the photo. (OK, I doubt it).

Just a guess. But the box is centered on a 2by joist. The pipe that enters the center KOs can be strapped easily, but what about the ones on each side? If someone is going to be this sloppy with box and raceway fill, why bother bending the pipe a little so it can be supported properly? Anyone worth his salt as an true electrician would do so, yes, but then continue and produce this abortion?

Thats not bad just shut the power down to the 100 feeders in the box so it doesn't blow up in your face when you put the cover on. Wrap the cover in three rolls of electrical tape and your all set:grin:
