When and where to use BX cable.

I have have a three story tall building that is being remodeled. I would like to use romex cable through-out the building but am not sure if I need to use BX or armord cable or is there another option.

Look at the first page of the plan and see what the "type of construction" is. If it is type 1 or 2 you can't use it. If it is 3,4,or 5 you can. Be careful in the suspended ceilings though.
