When in Canada, The GEC to the transformer, so the first point I connect is to the neutral or the equipment grounding? And what's the difference if I reverse the order?

You can do it either way. If landing on the grounding terminal and the system bonding jumper is a wire or bus bar then the SBJ and GEC both terminating there that is one option. Otherwise you can land the GEC directly on the X0.

So there is no difference between this two option?

Not much and the NEC gives you the choice as to how it's done. Bonding the neutral at the disconnect will allow some of the neutral current to flow on the raceway if it's metal.
