In taking my master electrical examine there was a question that asked, I'm paraphrasing, "What is the voltage level minimum that requires a rubber mat to be placed at the work area?"
I have looked both in the OSHA and NEC books and can not find the instance where this is covered. Any help on this would be appreciated. I'm looking for both the location of the information and the answer.
