When was the first year code cycle for dedicated kitchen?

What was the first year The code book started requiring the general purpose receptacles in a kitchen be dedicated and not connected to other areas?

From the 1965 NEC
Article 220-3 (b) Receptacle circuits, Dwelling Occupancies
For the small appliance load in kitchen, laundry, pantry, family room, dining room and breakfast room of dwelling occupancies, two or more 20 ampere branch circuits in addition to the branch circuits specified in Section 220-3(a) shall be provided for all receptacle outlets in these rooms, and such circuits shall have no other outlets.
Receptacle outlets supplied by at least two appliance receptacle branch circuits shall be installed in the kitchen.

I do a lot work in condos constructed in 1941. The original four circuits included a 20 amp circuit for the kitchen and dining room and same for fridge.

1959.

There is a 'ramp-up' to the requirement before that. In prior years, 1500va was required to be in the load calculations, but no SABCs were specified.
