I have been reading this forum off and on for, well since I registered. I try only to open a topic if I feel the question is one which may be hard to find in the NEC code book. In other words,, if I feel I have a question that I should be able to research on my own,, I will probably refrain from creating a topc. On the other hand, if it is something I atleast attempted to look for but was unable to locate information, I will open a topic.
Question: If I come home one day and a question ran through my head (my code book stays on my work van at work) and I just felt a need to create a topic, would it matter if the question seemed one I should have been able to find on my own?
Question: I take alot of pictures when working jobs. Kind like before and afters and ongoing on those long installs. Like a proud parent of a child, those of us know,, showing work related pictures of the field we enjoy seems an impulse. Is there a folder which threads like these can be made? Or does someone just start a running thread and just add to it?
A few of the topics I do see in the NEC folder of this forum seem to be off topic when you consider the description of this folder, this is why I have pondered on these 2 questions.
This is a great forum and I have found out things I thought I knew but really did not due to just browing/searching topics. I just want to make sure that before I start a thread, it is of a subject that follows the criteria of the folder which I am creating it in.
