Where does it say Manuf. is exempt from wiresize

ok--I have a remote flasher unit that has a 30A CB feeding 2 15A CBs in parrallel with the little flasher itself--there is a piece of 18AWG from the 30A CB directly to the flashers--I know that this is ok as it is from the manufacturer and is a listed device with UL stickers--

Problem is a non electrician tech :roll:that wants the NEC article or is going to try and get the manufacturer to install 10AWG wire for the teeny led flashers:confused: and won't take our word for it--and I can't find the referance.

Why are you even dealing with him ? Let him want and let him have fun trying.
 
lol----just didn't think of looking trhere once before--but it only took twice for Rogers answer to sink in

have to deal with him because he works for us--just a dfferant dept,,and was asked to by the Boss,!,,otherwise he would be on his own
