Where is Table 220.19 in 2005 NEC?

I have the Huge 2005 NEC handbook, and I am reading it with a 2002 Residential Electrical Wiring textbook. The 2002 textbook refers to Table 220.19 but there does not seem to be a Table of that number in the 2005 NEC. Can anyone help me out?

The rules for calculating the loads associated with ranges became much simpler. They now appear in Article (and Table) 220.55.

I think your ?210.19(C)? was a typo, and that you meant ?220.19(C).? It is the same answer as I gave above.

Article 220 was EXTENSIVELY renumbered. Your 2002 guide will not help you.

Also, some of the demands for multiple ranges were increased.
