By Texas law, an opthamologist office must have "two door separation" from the adjacent retail optical or eyeglass store. As of now, the opthamologist office lighting and power outlets are fed from the retail store's panels. If the opthamologist does not own the retail store, is there a requirement to install a subpanel in the opthamologist' space?
