I have asked two electricians and received two different answers so I'm looking for some concrete information.
Layout
The meter appears to be bonded, the neutral wire is in the same lug as the grounding rod on the service side.
I am running four wire ser from the meter to a terminal box. The terminal box has no disconnect and is just being used to split the service to two panels.
One panel is a 200 amp panel that runs the house. The other panel is a 100 amp panel for the garage.
Both of these would be considered main panels as they are fed from the splitter box.
Question
My question is, since the neutral is bonded to the ground in the meter do I need to bond any where else? The second electrician I spoke with said I don't need to but I'm reading conflicting information EVERYWHERE.
