Where to get an older GE ground bar with riser?

I have an older GE 150A panel board in need of another ground bar as there’s not enough terminals. There are 3 spaces, currently there are 2, in step configuration, riser is on the short end of the bar. The panel specifies TGL ground bars accessories, but those don’t appear to fit in the 3rd slot requiring a step/riser. What am I missing, is there another part number for those?

If referring to EGC bar, code never required 1-wire per terminal. Only Neutral bus requires that.

I haven't used GE for years. Do you have a photo or what you are talking about? What do you mean by 'ground bar'?

Adding an additional EG bar used to be simple. There were holes in the enclosure specifically for it.
Can’t upload a phone pic, file is too large I guess. I was hoping to find a neutral bar to fit and not have to relocate the grounds, but I guess that’s possible.

Neutrals and EGC are allowed to share the same bus bar(s) if used as main bonding point for service-rated equipment.

Pig tail the EGs. Four and one. Three 14s and a 12 would require a 12 tail.
Where does the four and one ratio come from?

Didn't know pigtailing was an option.
Yeah, I'm looking to get ahold of a 3rd shared neutral/ ground bar that there is a slot for, but I can't find one. I realize they can share the same bar but they can't share the same terminals, and I'm all out of terminals.

That is the neutral bar. It was never designed to be expanded. You will not find a kit to add an additional bar to it.
Just install a equipment grounding bar to the back of the box and move the equipment ground wires over to it.

One option is to twist a few EGC's together with your linemans, to fit under one terminal, which makes more terminals available for single neutrals.

This is another good option, since listed EGC bus bars, unlike Circuit breakers, don't require brand specific testing to fit in any equipment brand.

Clearly there is a screw hole at the top and slot at the bottom where a 3 neutral bar is capable to be installed. Just can’t find one.
Using a separate ground bar would require eg relocations. I was always taught no more than 2 ecg’s per terminal.

Extend or pigtail the EGs to the new bar location. Scrape the paint as you install the mounting screws. It's not rocket science.

Yeah, I know but our inspectors like to dream up shit, and apply it as code. So, if I can't get ahold of an OEM neutral bar, I'll just do like you said, there's plenty of room on the other side of the panel box. I'll even run 10awg THHN jumpers to the neutral bar just for ensured continuity.

You might cannibalized parts from similar equipment at salvage suppliers and find a match that fits there, but why would inspectors red-tag an EGC bus mounted w/ included machine screws?

Although not "listed", is there really a big problem by using another piece of ground bar and drilling and tapping a new ground bar in another place in the enclosure?

That's what I would do. Ground bar is easy to find and cheap and it really won't take that long.
