Which side is the supply side?

The drip loop conductors spliced to the service enterance conductors,they land on the main breaker thats protecting the busbars.is the supply side before or after the main breaker?Thank you.

If the POCO connects to the main breaker, how are you considered responsible for line side of it????? I have never heard of that. What in the hootanny am I missing here??????

What kind of answer do we need?
Can we agree that it is, at least, after the drip loop?
Larry Fine can probably cite the NEC for this.
