Which direction does the white dot go on a CT; TOWARDS the line side or TOWARDS the load side?? The application is for power consumption (meter). I believe I have "Hooked it up" backwards, since it doesn't work. My next life I am coming back as a plumber.
Thanks

Right here.
Dot should be on the left. The installed conductor should be arranged to go "in" the white dot side, and "out" the non white dot side. The secnodary will work the same way, then.

Yukon you can reverse the output leads to achieve correct polarity, utility may not accept this, but it will show you if it is more than polarity. Search the meter model on line to get proper wiring diagram.
