Here a back to back will be a 2.5" mast (required by POCO) Al 4/0 call the way. POCO will allow us to cut and reconnect service as long as inspection is done. A 100 amp back to back to a 200 amp back to back is roughly $3000 and a non back to back is the same with a $10 per foot for the 4 conductor SE and $300 for the disconnect or meter main

So....your program calculates the man hours acording to the materials used?

That's the plan...on paper, sure it looks fantastic...but we all know reality is a lot messier.

It sounds close. Our low is 2400-2500 up to 5000

Close is the best anyone can shoot for.
I don't have a spot for guy wires, the big KO/bushing, etc that you use in AZ.
It's not perfect - but reasonably close.

I do have to add a PITA factor for those 100?+ days you boys get and the parking tickets I get

Add a couple hours to load and clean out the truck and it's golden. Add lunch money in there too. Got to work straight thru if the place is occupied.

There will be some discrepancies!
Material cost do vary from region to region, as does some folks wiring methods, ease/difficulty of every service, etc
If I've built this thing right - in spite of the regional variations and the like - our numbers *should* be very very close...if the money is off, maybe the time will be correct?

I think it would be unreasonable to account for every situation in every town in every State.

220 is in AZ selling them for 2.5K+...Great!
I, myself, start at 2.5K ....I guessed at that number, and now I know it is an accurate figure [including the man-hours]

I may have to examine my hourly in a little more detail.
