Will a 100amp subpanel be sufficient for a 600sqft -750sqft accessory apartment? Can panel be in bedroom?

I have an accessory basement apartment. 1 bedroom but possibly 2 bedroom. Has kit/liv/bath.

- Electric stove
- Electric dryer/washer
- Dish washer
- Refrigerator
- Dehumidifier
- 1 or 2 evaporator split unit AC with 1 condenser

I'm sorry I do not have exact amperage specs. Just looking for a round about estimate if this should be ok with normal appliances.

I'm thinking 100a electric panel running off existing 200a panel would be ok. Existing 200a panel is running upstairs 3bed, 2 baths, Liv, kit, Central AC with condenser, gas dryer, gas stove, gas boiler. Running #3 ser from main panel.

The 100a panel I was going to locate in the bedroom because the Electric service is on the outside wall behind it above grade. I figure in the event the apartment needs its own meter, this would be the best location. Any code against this panel being located in the bedroom?

Thanks guys.

Without seeing appliance specs my gut feeling is that 100A will be just enough, but will leave no room for adding any additional large loads in the future. That would using an optional calculation such as 220.82.

The panel can be in a bedroom. Prohibited locations for panels are clothes closets and over steps. (I think bathrooms are allowed but are a bad idea, potential wet locations and such.)
