Wind Turbine Code Requirements

What section of the NEC covers Wind Turbines? NEC 690 covers PV, but I cannot find any references for wind turbines. I heard that Article 694 for Wind Turbines is being developed, but what do I follow in the mean time??

None at the moment. Look for a new article in the 11. If you are in Washington we have a state rule on wind turbines. One issue that has come up is there are no standards to list wind turbines under.
Most have been done by utilities but now we are seeing some at private homes, and one was featured on home makeover.
