window above control panel

We have a NEMA-12 PLC/Motor Starter enclosure inside a precast building (pump station). The architect has located a window above where we want to put the enclosure.Is there any code reference that does not allow a window above a control panel. By the way, it is a solid window that does not allow opening.

Don't think it would matter. A window is not a physical obstruction it is part of the building construction, and it is not really over the panel it would be behind the panel in the wall.
