Where in the above section does it require bonding of windows within 5' of a pool?

How about sub part (B)(7)?

If the window doesn't have metal cladding or other significant portions that are metal.... it doesn't specify how much metal must be there before it needs bonded.

exceptions to that section do give distances, and address barriers between the pool and the metal object.

Thank you, I see now. There was a change to clarify window and door frames in the 2011, we are still under the 2008 here.
