If you have over 30 current-carrying conductors in a panel board bundled (ty-wrapped in lengths over 24" long) would you have to derate? As near as I can tell, in article 408.3(B) it says you just have to arrange the conductors so that they don't overheat. Dose anybody have any thoughts on this?
