Wire chart

Hello all and thanks for reading.

I will be taking my masters test in WI in a few days and have trouble finding some of the weird wire types out there ( like thermostat wire and fire alarm wire) and would love a cheat sheet or chart on what some of the wire abbreviations are and where I can find them in the code. Anyone know where I can get such a list???????

You shouldn't need that info for the test. The Master's is strictly on Comm 5, Comm 16, and the '05 NEC. If you're taking it at WCTC honk on the way by.

Sorry about that !

Use any term "thermostat wire" for example, via "search" it will work via the use of Search (located in the Forum Header), I re-did a search tonight same term, Thermostat wire, and it came up with a different address. Same term but yet another address.

Its all in the Forum software or the fact that it is a sudo closed forum, a software firewall application or just how they do things, take your pick ... , cause it worked for me at that moment, ( I ususally check my posts before posting.)
