Wire Color and sizes

Does it say any where in the NEC about using colors for indetification? E.C. used the same color for Hot, Neutral and Ground in same j-box. They did not tape or tags that will seperate the 3 wires..

How about running 2 different wire sizes to a light fixture. Hot 10awg and Neutral is 12 awg.

See 310.12 of the NEC for identification requirements of conductors.

There is nothing in the code against your second statement regarding different conductor sizes other than the rating (overcurrent device protecting the circuit) cannot exceed the rating of the smaller conductor used.
