I am currently working on duplex with 2 seperate units one on top of the other i have 150 amp panels for each , but i have 1 meter box with 2 meter sockets and 1 2" pipe thru the roof what is the minimum wire gage that i have to use to meet the code

As Curt is suggesting, the 150-amp of the individual units doesn't tell us enough. The total calculated loads in many cases will be less than the actual OCD and Disco that is installed due to the fact that most loads never come out at a corresponding OCD device and the code allows to go up to the next size. Determine the total load of of unit, double it and match it to a correspoding conductor that can carry that load.
