there are 4, 3 phase 480v disconect that haves to be wire with #12 wire. it is a requirement to have the wire in separate conduit for each disc.or go in a biger conduit and install them in one cond.
 
You can do it either way.

If you combine all the branch circuit into one conduit then you must adjust the ampacity of the circuit conductors in accordance with 310.15(B)(2)(a).

Also keep in mind that you must follow the conduit fill requirements of Chapter 9 Table 1.

I agree with Chris. If you install 4 - 3phase circuits in one conduit then you will have 12 ccc in the pipe. The size of the pipe is fine however the derating can be an issue.

Look at Table 310.15(B)(2)(a) for 12 CCC and you must derate the wires by 50%.

If you use #12 THHN then it is rated at 30 amps by Table 310.16. If the nameplate on the a/c call for a load of 15 amps or less then you would be okay otherwise you will not be compliant.
